Shilo

On the way to Little Rock Ron noticed that we were going past the Civil War battle site of Shilo. We stopped and I am so glad we did. I found out that the dead at Shilo were buried in mass graves as it was so hot the bodies were rapidly decomposing. Later the Union Soldiers were removed from the mass graves and buried in individual plots. The Confederate soldiers were left in the mass graves.
